1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of PetChart. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of your clinic or organization.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
- Protect login credentials and restrict access to authorized staff.
- Ensure users are trained to handle sensitive information appropriately.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including:
- Attempting to access data without authorization.
- Uploading malicious content or disrupting platform operations.
- Using PetChart for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel anytime in settings and retain access until the end of the billing period. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
5. Data Ownership
Your clinic retains ownership of all client and patient records you upload. PetChart acts as a data processor and does not sell your data. You can export your data at any time.
6. Availability & Support
We aim for high availability but may perform maintenance or emergency updates. Support is available via email and in-app messaging during business hours.
7. Termination
You may stop using PetChart at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms, security concerns, or legal requirements.
